I'm a researcher and manager based in Warsaw, Poland, working across the EU. I bridge cognitive science, user research, and team leadership — whether that means running a hundred remote interviews or building a research practice from scratch.

Playtesting, focus groups, desk work. For studios across console, PC and mobile.
Leading UX & research teams. Product strategy, hiring, design ops — the work behind the work.
I started in cognitive science. I graduated in sociology from Collegium Civitas and hold an MA from the Polish Academy of War. Joined an agency to learn the craft, then spent five years embedded in retail UX before moving sideways into games. Today I work as a consultant, running UX studies and building design teams on commission.
I publish a quiet field-notes blog about the parts of the job nobody warns you about. It's my little soapbox where I share my viewpoint on ux and how we all seem to forget the human side of things.
